The protagonist's next door neighbor and Koume's mother, a women in her late 30's.

She is the president of Dohamari Academy's parent-teacher association.
She is a straight-laced person with a cool atmosphere about her that makes her hard to approach, her super huge boobs are unsuitable to her character but because of that she has a lot of hidden fans in the association.
Aside from her husband she has never been with another man but they haven't had sex for years and her sexual frustration has built up.
