Strengths - Lying, manipulation, very experienced
Weaknesses - Distant, has a hard time connecting with his feelings

Cyne hails from a major city, and is a wild, energetic guy that always gets what he wants. He's expected to take over his families household, but he participates in as little of his duties as he can get away with.

He usually drifts from person to person, enjoying a taste of each and leaving before he gsts attached. 

It's hard to tell between when he's lying and when he (occasionally) tells the truth.
