Seiji is the older brother of Yume, the younger cousin of Yurari (who is also his first crush) and the childhood friend of Karin, Jun and Atsu and the friend of Mitsu.

He moved with his parents 10 years ago and lost all contact with his childhood friends because there were no cell phones at the time he left. He recently came to live with his family in the city of his childhood and is quite happy that almost nothing has really changed.

After Karin shows him his new school and reintroduce Jin (who has change a lot physicaly and who has now has a girlfriend), Seiji is given the head of their new club based on new technologies, however, for the club to be recognized, Seiji must first find a teacher advisor of the club and then ask permission from the strict student council president, who is none other than Atsu, who has moved away from Karin and Jun during Seiji's absence.

Having found a teacher in the person of his cousin Yurari, Seiji must now convince Atsu first to allow the opening of the club and secondly to convince her to join the club so they are finally all together...
