Mie Toyooka moved to this town a year ago with her troubled son, Hiroki. Since the move he has been withdrawn and spends a lot of time in his room. One day Mie meets her neighbor Kumi Koyama and she invites her to join a club, the "Reciprocal Society", club with her son. Thinking it would be a good way to get him out of his room and bond she agrees.

However when she shows up she learns that the "Reciprocal Society" club was just a cover name. The real name of the club is the "Mama Club."
