Kitamura Aya, born December 16, is a Japanese voice actress from Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. She used to be affiliated with Rock'n'Banana until becoming a freelancer in October 31, 2016, before becoming affiliated with Atelier Peach on February 1, 2018. She's best known under the alias of "Yukimura Toa" when voicing ***** games.

She is also a member of Ash to Ashes.
